Message Rules

  We have a hands-off approach to our message boards to promote free speech and the free exchange of ideas. However, we reserve the right to moderate and censor the message boards when deemed necessary for whatever reason.

   Libel is not permitted. Written defamatory statements are unacceptable. If such writings occur we will co-operate as best we can with the resources we have available to delete the offending posts. Feel free to post to the bulletin boards: “Attention Moderator ….” to call any problems to our attention. We will co-operate with lawyers, law enforcement, or the courts, in providing source information if, in our opinion, any libel, suspected libel, or possibly even ambiguous libel occurs.

   In all cases of libel the posting person is the responsible party.

   Please note that medical advice should not be given, only information, and that everyone should be referred to medical professionals when illness or disease is a forum topic.

   Knowing others via the message boards can be a great help, and great fun. Please do not be rude, unkind, or abusive.

   Do not use foul language, refer to or link to pornography. Please keep the message board as appropriate as possible for all audiences.

   Blatant self-promotion and spam are prohibited. Automatic posing via scripts or posting bombs is prohibited.

   We reserve the right to block posters at any time for any reason.

   Please be cautious about any information that you receive from our message boards. Remember, that it is your responsibility to check facts and seek out professional help or advice when needed. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of our posters. Indeed, the Internet has been used to disseminate untrue information.
